Custom build

When the section writes the brief

Tight access, a steep fall, a heritage boundary, or a shape nothing off the shelf quite suits. A custom build starts with your section rather than a catalogue: we set out the pool where it actually belongs, engineer the ground around it, and price every line before a digger arrives.

How it runs

01

Site walk

We walk the section with you — access width, fall, services, retaining, the view you want from the kitchen window.

02

Concept & setout

A scaled plan of your yard with the shell placed, coping, paving and fencing lines drawn, plus the excavation clearance.

03

Fixed proposal

Every line itemised — shell, crane, excavation, plumbing, electrical, coping, fencing, and anything tagged out.

04

Build & handover

One crew from dig to first swim, with water chemistry balanced and the plant room walked through before we leave.

What you can specify

  • Water blades, sheer descents and spillway spas
  • Full-length bench seating and swim-out steps
  • Raised or infinity edge with structural retaining
  • Travertine, granite or bullnose concrete coping
  • Frameless glass or powder-coated aluminium fencing
  • In-floor LED, automation and heat pump packages
